Why Not? More Chocolates Please!!!

So today, I made cookies. They are not yet ready so I would probably post pictures of them sometime later but I thought I should share with you some more pictures of my chocolates.

I made some for Valentines Day (2009) and the response to them was great. They were beautifully presented in a heart shaped box. I have attached a picture below. The other pictures are from a photo shoot. Thanks a lot to the photographers and his assistant. You know yourselves ;o)

Let's start with Chocolates

I love chocolates and my favourite is dark chocolate. There is just something so rich and deep about the way it tastes. However, most Nigerians like the sweet stuff and I find that I don’t make dark chocolate as often as I would like to. I guess it has something to do with our taste buds.

I thought I would start by posting pictures of chocolates I have done recently. I have supplied chocolates for a few weddings and dinner parties.

Hello Everyone and Welcome to Chocolatier's Wonders blog.This is my avenue to showcase things I have done.

As I love baking and trying out new recipes, I will celebrate successes, vent about recipes gone bad and also from time to time, post recipes.

But more importantly, I will entice you with mouth-watering pictures.
